Our Group has 13 companies and branches in 9 countries, headed by the Salcef Group S.p.A. holding company, which directs and coordinates its subsidiaries.
Our companies are highly specialized and operate in synergy, creating a unique industrial system that includes both the construction and maintenance sector (Salcef, Euro Ferroviaria, Francesco Ventura Railway Construction, Delta Railroad Constuction, Salcef Bau, and Coget Impianti) and that of manufacturing and services (SRT, Overail, Reco and Forail).

INVESTOR RELATIONS
Railway excellence on the stock exchange
On 8 November 2019, our industrial group holding opened up its capital to the market, through a reverse takeover operation that launched us on the AIM Italia market and allowed us to gather valuable resources for strategic development.
Today our shareholders hold floating capital of 27%, but the choices and financial instruments that we have put in place already have much more ambitious aims in the short term.
The global railway market is booming, and we want to continue to be a leading player for our customers and, above all, for our shareholders, now and in the future.
