The Salcef Group acquires PSC Group’s railway sector business unit.

The acquisition, secured with an investment of approximately 26.6 million euros, will be effective as of 1st May 2022, strengthening the Group’s position in signalling systems, electrification, telecommunications, substations and railway safety systems.

The business unit, sold by the PSC Group as part of a strategic reorganization plan in new business areas, has a staff of about 100 employees, a substantial fleet of railway vehicles and a backlog of more than 100 million euros.
