Transition to ISO 45001

Salcef Group companies complete their transition to the new ISO 45001 standard – Health and Safety Management Systems.
The new standard has prompted many changes, including better integration between company management systems and greater risk control, especially for outsourced processes.
The ISO 45001 standard, with its uniform (High Level Structure) structure approach, promotes better integration of various management systems, allowing activities to be aligned with the same content organization.
Another of its important features is Risk Based Thinking, a pro-active approach in which the organization identifies factors that could make management processes ineffective, and carries out checks and preventive actions.
In particular, greater focus is placed on assessing and managing risks associated with all outsourced processes, from selection to qualification and contracting suppliers.
This transition is a milestone for the Salcef Group in a consolidated path to improving the effectiveness of corporate processes, with an awareness that the development and overall growth of corporate performance depend, above all, on employee health, workplace safety and a culture of prevention.
