EQUITY SHARE CAPITAL
The Ordinary Shares and the Warrants have been admitted to trading on the Euronext Growth Milan (former AIM Italia) market, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., with Notice of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. dated 5 November 2019. Trading began on 8 November 2019.
On 18 December 2020, by means of notice no. 33411, Borsa Italiana ordered the admission to listing on the Euronext Milan (former Mercato Telematico Azionario MTA) market of the Ordinary Shares and Warrants of Salcef Group S.p.A. Trading began on 22 December 2020.
On 13 October 2021, Borsa Italiana, with notice n. 8799, authorized the listing of Salcef Group S.p.A. ordinary shares on the Euronext STAR Milan segment. Trading began on 21 October 2021.
As of January 17, 2022, the share capital of Salcef Group consists of 62,399,906 ordinary shares (ISIN IT0005388266) without nominal value.
SHAREHOLDING
The majority of share capital is held by Salbid S.p.A.
Considering the Issuer’s status as an SME pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 1, letter w-quater.1, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, as amended. (“TUF”), the shareholders holding more than 5% of the voting capital of Salcef Group S.p.A. are as follows:

On the basis of the information available to Salcef Group S.p.A., there are no shareholders other than those listed above who hold more than 5% of the share capital with voting rights.
WARRANT
As of 26 July 2021 all the “Warrant Salcef Group S.p.A. Nuovi” and “Warrant Salcef Group in Compendio e Integrativi” have been either exercised or forfeited becoming invalid for all purposes.
