Project Description
The project involves is to construct the T3 section of the Rome Metro Line C, a route that extends for 3.6 km and includes two stations (Amba Aradam / Ipponio and Fori Imperiali) and two ventilation shafts.
The Salcef Group will create around 5,600 m of track, six turnouts and an intersection, supplying a concrete slab track system, rails, joints and buffers, in addition to completion activities such as rail grinding.
Several Group companies will take part in the project. Overail is producing concrete slab platforms for the floating slab track system and rail grinding will be carried out by SRT-branded vehicles.
Scope of Work
- Construction of approximately 5,600 meters of floating slab track
- Installation of 6 turnouts and 1 intersection
- Design and supply of the floating slab track system, rails, joints and buffers
- Rail grinding
