The contract covers the detailed design and construction of modernisation works on Rome Metro Line A, along the Anagnina-Ottaviano section.

Activities include the replacement of timber sleepers with prestressed concrete sleepers, ballast rehabilitation, renewal of track on concrete slab, and rehabilitation of the hydraulic drainage channels.

The works extend for approximately 25 km, covering both ballasted track and slab track along the entire section between Anagnina and Ottaviano stations.
