Our Group carries out light civil and infrastructural works as part of complex railway projects.
With over 70 years of experience, we offer our clients an approach that guarantees safety and the opportunity to keep railway traffic on the line active during work.
We execute a wide range of work, like creating underpasses, adapting stations, renovating bridges and nearby roads, and tunnel restyling.
Renewing railway infrastructure
Demolition and rebuilding of damaged embankments, including renewing infrastructure serving railway line systems
Industrial engineering
Construction of inspection pits, washing plants and machine storage depots, etc.
Restyling bridges and tunnels
Modernization and rebuilding of existing railway bridges (decks, pulvini and stacks), replacing old decks, renovating vaults, inverted arches and pavements in tunnels
Modernizing stations
Demolition, rebuilding, renovation and modification of canopies and buildings, including resurfacing floors and systems, and raising, widening or extending existing platforms
Building small underpasses and overpasses
Construction of pedestrian and vehicle underpasses, manholes with classic or push systems, with temporary support bridges and subway bulkheads, etc.
Rebuilding road networks
Construction of new service roads, adjacent to or crossing the railway infrastructure and upgrading existing roads or routes
This type of work is needed periodically, as the area around the railway line can change according to the needs of the territory and developing technology. This means continuously maintaining and adapting infrastructures already in use, work for which our Group has developed and perfected a wide range of skills:
Studying interference and evaluating interruptions and/or slowdowns, in order to minimize impact without affecting railway safety
Experience of countless solutions and technologies to prevent ongoing work interfering with the railway infrastructure
Checking existing plans, making any improvements needed or designing a project from scratch on request
Eliminating work risks related to activity nearby or that interferes with the functioning of the railway
Careful planning to complete all work within the timeframe stipulated
Preliminary risk analysis to eliminate contingencies and potential delays to rail traffic
An experienced project manager that coordinates all activities and interacts with the territory and the stakeholders involved (including those outside the railway sector)
