Production takes place at the Aprilia industrial complex which covers 284,721 m2 and is managed by Overail S.r.l. (formerly Vianini Industria). It is a smart factory with latest-generation plants, designed according to the industry 4.0 model: automation of the main industrial processes to support productivity, quality control of the entire supply chain and environmental sustainability.

The Aprilia industrial complex is also an important, cutting-edge research centre, dedicated to developing innovative products, equipped with in-house laboratories and machines to carry out tests.

We produce different types of railway sleepers and prefabricated slabs for ballastless track systems, as well as other concrete products such as structural reinforced concrete segments for tunnel linings.
