One of the strategic sectors of our core business is the renewal of railway lines, with partial or total replacement of railway superstructures (rails, sleepers and ballast).
Our Group ensures high quality standards and, for every partial traffic interruption, guarantees the completion of up to 1 km of track, while performing all renewal activities.

With over 8,500 km of track renewed over the last twenty years, today we are one of the leading companies in the sector and can operate in various parts of the world, thanks to a wide range of vehicles always ready to be transported worldwide.
Our ability to adapt machinery to the geometric features of each railway line allows us to work on any type of track gauge and to offer individual services such as rail grinding, welding, compaction, levelling, ballast cleaning and sand and dust extraction.
Before the start of any project we can check the state of the rails and track and rapidly create a planimetric elevation of the track, using advanced topographic systems.
A high-tech approach with reduced impact on railway operations
We are one of the few players on the market able to offer a fully mechanized track renewal system.
This involves a renewal train, a rail vehicle that allows continuous action, unlike traditional gantry units. It has many advantages: from a reduction in production costs to high performance in terms of precision and speed of execution, with a reduced impact on normal train service.
