Our history

Over 75 years of experience
Our activity in the railway construction sector began in Italy in 1949 and has always been characterized by an organizational model focussed on innovation and highly specialized production processes.
Over the decades, we have acquired a series of companies already operating in the railway equipment sector, widening our range of action and creating a structure that can handle increasingly complex projects.
Since the 1990s, we have developed an international focus that led us to expand first into the European market, then into Africa, the Middle East and finally North America and Australia, becoming a company that is known and respected both in Italy and abroad.
Our current corporate structure was adopted in 2014 to meet the challenges of the global market and to offer a vast range of integrated solutions. Our Group’s strengths continue to be its specialized working methods, dynamic industrial vision and focus on technological investment and international development, making us one of the leading players in the railway industry.
