Gilberto Salciccia
Chairman
Gilberto Salciccia has been serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors since October 2018 and oversees the operating activities of Salcef’s subsidiaries.
Since 1986 he has held multiple roles in the Group companies, gaining experience on site and acquiring a vast knowledge of production dynamics and of the maintenance needs of the main machinery.
He holds numerous roles within the organization: from strategic planning to investment analysis, and the study and introduction of new technologies and innovation. He is also responsible for new methods and research and development applied to products and organization.
He holds a scientific high school diploma.
Valeriano Salciccia
Chief Executive Officer
Valeriano Salciccia has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Group since October 2018.
As of 1993 he has held management roles in commercial and business development; for example, as Sales and Development Manager.
He was responsible for procedures and operating systems for analysis and risk assessment related to the acquisition of orders in Italy and overseas, and supervised commercial and legal activities to obtain qualifications from public clients needed for participation in tenders.
He graduated with a degree in Economics and Business from La Sapienza University, Rome.
